Job Title: 3D Visualizer – Real Estate Design & Marketing

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with a strong architectural background

to develop high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and marketing visuals for our U.S.-based real

estate projects.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in transforming architectural drawings into photorealistic visuals

that reflect U.S. lighting conditions, landscaping styles, materials, and design sensibilities, delivering

presentation and marketing outputs of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret architectural and landscape drawings to produce realistic 3D renderings,

animations, and walkthroughs for residential and mixed-use developments.

• Create daylight and night-time render setups that accurately reflect U.S. environmental

lighting and regional aesthetics.

• Develop landscape and streetscape visuals aligned with U.S. design and planting

standards (sidewalks, curbs, driveways, trees, etc.).

• Work collaboratively with architectural, design, and marketing teams to bring design

concepts to life visually.

• Produce marketing-ready visuals for brochures, presentations, and promotional

campaigns.

• Perform post-production enhancements in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and

Premiere Pro.

• Ensure consistency in visual tone, brand aesthetics, and overall presentation quality.

• Manage multiple visualization assignments efficiently while maintaining timelines and

quality expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Visualization.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural visualization, preferably for

U.S. real estate projects.

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, or Twinmotion.

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro for postproduction and video editing.

• Strong understanding of U.S. lighting conditions, landscape detailing, building

materials, and environmental context.

• Excellent sense of composition, perspective, and photorealism.

• Ability to interpret 2D CAD drawings and convert them into detailed, presentationready 3D scenes.

• A portfolio showcasing U.S.-based renderings and walkthroughs is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
