Position: 3D Visualizer
Location: Nawada, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models of buildings, interiors, and environments from sketches or CAD files
• Produce high-quality renderings and animations for design presentations
• Apply realistic lighting, textures, and materials for photorealistic visuals
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure accuracy and design alignment
• Prepare storyboards and visual presentations to communicate design ideas
• Manage project files, deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of visuals
• Review and enhance 3D outputs to maintain top visual quality
• Stay updated on latest 3D tools and rendering techniques

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, V-Ray, or Corona Render
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, lighting, rendering, and animation principles
• Creative visualization, attention to detail, and understanding of architectural design
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or Graphic Design
• Experience as a 3D Visualizer with a strong design portfolio preferred
• Additional training in 3D software or rendering is an advantage
