3D Visualizer

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer to translate architectural concepts into immersive visual narratives. Your work will bridge ideas and reality, helping clients and collaborators see the quiet intentionality behind each design

Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for residential projects.
• Collaborate with architects to refine designs through visual storytelling.
• Balance technical precision with artistic sensibility—light, texture, and atmosphere matter as much as geometry.
• Adapt to feedback while maintaining design integrity.

Ideal Candidate:

• Have 4+ years of experience in architectural visualization (software: 3ds Max, SketchUp, or equivalent).
• Understand how light and materiality shape emotion in a space.
• Prefer subtlety over spectacle; your renders feel lived-in, not staged.
