Use rendering software and plugins (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender) to produce realistic textures, lighting, and atmospheres.

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure visualizations meet project timelines and objectives.

- Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D visualization techniques and software.

*Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Animation, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or equivalent.

- Experience with rendering engines and plugins such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar.

- Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and composition principles.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret design concepts.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
