Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality 3D visuals for architectural and interior design projects. The candidate should be able to translate design concepts, drawings, and ideas into realistic 3D renderings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior projects
• Interpret 2D drawings, sketches, and design briefs accurately
• Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and furniture to achieve realistic visuals
• Create photorealistic still images and basic animations as required
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to meet design intent
• Revise renders based on feedback and project requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of visuals as per project schedules

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max / SketchUp
• Strong knowledge of V-Ray / Lumion (any one or more)
• Good understanding of lighting, materials, and composition
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in architectural and interior visualization
• Knowledge of walkthrough and animation creation
• Ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision
