Job Description for 3D visualiser:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with architectural and design teams to transform their ideas into stunning visual representations. You will use your expertise in various software tools and your keen eye for detail to ensure that our projects are presented accurately and attractively. Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration: Work closely with architectural and design teams to understand project requirements, concepts, and objectives.

Visualization: Use software tools such as Lumion, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, VRay/Corona, and others to create static visualizations, animations, CGI, and AI-generated content.

Presentation: Present and explain visualizations to colleagues and clients, effectively conveying design ideas and concepts.

Accuracy: Ensure that all visuals accurately represent project ideas, adhering to design standards and industry best practices.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong technical knowledge of image and illustration production, optimizing rendering settings, and creating photorealistic images.

Composition: Apply your keen eye for detail, composition, and visual narrative to create compelling and aesthetically pleasing visuals.

Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design tools and programs, staying up-to-date with the latest software advancements.

Interpretation: Interpret architectural drawings, models, and concepts to translate them into 3D visualizations effectively.

Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of visual materials, making necessary adjustments to meet project requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in software tools such as Lumion, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, VRay/Corona, Enscape, 3D Microstation, and other rendering software.

Excellent skills in PowerPoint and other presentation software.

Strong understanding of architectural drawings, models, and design concepts.

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas visually.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
