3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality 3D visualisations of architectural exteriors and interiors using 3ds Max + Corona Renderer.

Convert architectural drawings, sketches, and BIM/CAD files into accurate 3D models.

Create realistic materials, textures, and lighting for photorealistic output.

Produce CGIs, interior scenes, exterior visuals, detail shots, and product staging as required.

Execute post-production and colour correction using Adobe Photoshop and related tools.

Generate animated walkthroughs, flythroughs, and optionally interactive VR scenes.

Collaborate with architects and interior designers to interpret design intent and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Maintain organised 3D scene files, material libraries, and rendering templates for workflow efficiency.

Manage multiple deadlines while ensuring consistent visual quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field.

3–5 years of professional experience in architectural/interior visualisation.

Expert-level proficiency in:

3ds Max (modelling, shaders, lighting, rendering workflow)

Corona Renderer (materials, lighting, render optimisation)

Strong command of Photoshop for post-production.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit for importing base models/drawings.

Deep understanding of architectural details, interior design elements, lighting behaviour, and realism standards.

Proven ability to produce photorealistic renderings under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with:

Forest Pack, RailClone, or other 3ds Max plugins.

Substance Painter/Designer for advanced material creation.

After Effects or motion graphics tools for animations.

Unreal Engine or similar real-time engines (a plus).

Familiarity with BIM workflows and CAD coordination.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.

Efficient, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proactive in learning new visualisation techniques and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
