We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Visualizer who understands both aesthetics and functional healthcare design.

Role Overview

The 3D Architectural Visualizer will be responsible for developing high-quality interior and exterior 3D models and realistic renders for hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects. The role requires strong architectural understanding, ability to interpret 2D drawings, and sensitivity toward hospital workflow and space functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models for hospital interiors and exteriors

Create photorealistic renders (day/night views, façade views, interior perspectives)

Convert architectural CAD drawings into accurate 3D visualizations

Collaborate with planning and architecture teams to understand hospital functional requirements

Apply realistic materials, lighting, textures, medical equipment, and finishes and also give material specification and BOQs

Assist in façade conceptualization and elevation development

Prepare presentation-ready visuals for client meetings and investor pitches

Develop walkthroughs/animations where required

Ensure designs reflect healthcare planning standards and operational flow

Required Skills

Proficiency in SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit / Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape

Strong understanding of architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations)

Good knowledge of lighting, materials, textures, and rendering techniques

Ability to visualize hospital departments such as OT, ICU, OPD, IPD, lobby, façade etc.

Strong rendering and post-production skills (Photoshop preferred)

Basic understanding of healthcare design principles is an added advantage

Good communication and team coordination skills

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

1–3 years of experience in architectural visualization preferred

Fresher with a strong portfolio may apply

Compensation

Salary Range: 2.5 – 3.5 LPA (based on experience and portfolio strength)

Compensation will be aligned with demonstrated capability in healthcare architectural visualization and ability to handle projects independently.
