Job Title: 3D Visualizer – Real Estate Design & Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Visualizer to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will convert architectural drawings and CAD files into accurate 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and engaging presentation materials. In addition to visualization, this role includes interior tenant fit-out layouts, space planning, drafting site plans, and preparing polished presentations for review meetings, stakeholders, and client town-hall discussions.

Key Responsibilities:3D Visualization & Rendering

• Study, analyze, and interpret PDF drawings, plans, and CAD files.
• Create highly accurate 3D architectural, interior, and landscape models.
• Produce photorealistic renders, animations, walkthroughs, and visual design concepts.
• Apply appropriate materials, lighting, and textures to achieve realistic output.
• Revise and update models based on design feedback and project changes.

Interior & Space Planning

• Prepare interior tenant fit-out layouts for commercial and residential spaces.
• Conduct space planning based on client requirements and building standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure layout functionality and compliance.

Drafting & Site Planning

• Draft site plans, circulation layouts, and conceptual diagrams.
• Support design documentation and planning submissions.
• Maintain organized CAD standards and layered drawing files.

Presentations & Client Communication

• Prepare high-quality presentations for:
• Internal review meetings
• Stakeholder briefings
• Project status updates
• Client and community town-hall sessions
• Convert technical design information into clear, visually engaging presentation decks.
• Create diagrams, render boards, and visual narratives to communicate design intent effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, Architectural Designer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, etc.
• Strong command of AutoCAD for drafting.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, sections, and construction details.
• Experience with space planning and tenant fit-out layouts.
• Strong competency in PowerPoint, InDesign, or equivalent tools to create compelling presentations.
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate across multiple teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
