● Lead creation of high-quality architectural visualization including:

○ Walkthrough videos

○ Cinematic animations

○ High-end still renders

● Develop visually compelling storytelling through camera movements, composition, mood, and sequencing.

● Execute complex interior and exterior visualization projects while maintaining studio quality benchmarks.

● Ensure visual consistency across full project deliverables.

2. Animation, FX & Motion Expertise

● Create professional walkthrough animations with smooth camera transitions and cinematic presentation.

● Implement visual effects such as:

○ Weather effects

○ Environmental animations

○ Lighting transitions

○ Crowd/vehicle movement where required

● Apply motion principles, pacing, and storytelling techniques aligned with industry standards.

● Optimize animation workflows for efficiency and render performance.

3. Quality Supervision & Work Correction

● Review and refine work delivered by junior and mid-level visualizers.

● Provide corrections related to:

○ Lighting and mood

○ Material realism

○ Prop placement and styling

○ Rendering quality

● Ensure final outputs meet client expectations and studio standards.

● Maintain quality control processes before client delivery.

4. Texturing, Lighting & Scene Enhancement

● Provide advanced lighting setups for both interiors and exteriors.

● Develop complex and physically accurate material libraries.

● Troubleshoot rendering and scene quality issues.

● Enhance scenes by improving composition, realism, and detailing when required.

5. Technical Expertise & Industry Tools

Mandatory Skills

● Autodesk 3ds Max

● Corona Renderer / V-Ray

● D5 Render

● Strong expertise in:

○ Animation workflows

○ Rendering optimization

○ Advanced lighting techniques

○ Scene and asset optimization

○ Post-production understanding

Advantage Skills

● Knowledge of Unreal Engine for:

○ Real-time walkthroughs

○ Interactive presentations

○ Real-time lighting and environment setup

6. Mentorship & Team Development

● Guide and mentor junior and mid-level team members.

● Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training when required.

● Provide constructive feedback to improve team skill levels.

● Promote collaborative and learning-focused work culture.

● Assist team members in solving technical and creative challenges.

7. Problem Solving & Innovation

● Resolve complex visualization challenges related to:

○ Rendering errors

○ Scene optimization

○ Animation workflow issues

○ Software technical limitations

● Research and implement trending visualization techniques and industry-standard workflows.

● Introduce new tools, plugins, and pipeline improvements to enhance productivity.

8. Project Leadership & Coordination

● Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand visualization goals.

● Plan shot breakdowns and visualization strategies for animation projects.

● Ensure proper task allocation and timeline adherence within the team.

● Support client presentations when required.

9. Workflow & Process Management

● Establish best practices for scene organization, naming conventions, and asset libraries.

● Maintain pipeline efficiency and version control systems.

● Monitor render farm or production workflow utilization.
