Jassim Alshehab Designing and Consulting Pvt Ltd is a 3D architectural visualization studio based in Bangalore. Since 2014, we’ve been serving an esteemed client in Kuwait with cutting-edge visualizations for high-profile architectural and interior projects. We are now expanding and looking for a detail-driven, creative 3D Visualizer to join our passionate team.

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Visualizer with over 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be based in Bengaluru. The 3D Visualizer roles as follows:

• Collaborate with the architectural team to develop 3D models and visuals for commercial and residential projects.
• Interpret CAD drawings and mood board that explain the space finishes references to create realistic interiors and exteriors.
• Model and render architectural scenes (interior/exterior) based on drawings and briefs.
• Produce still images and animations (if required)
• Work with Photoshop and other tools for post-production.
• Collaborate with the team and manage revisions efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in 3D Visualization (with no employment gaps).
• Proficiency in 3ds Max for modeling and rendering.
• Strong grasp of render engines like V-Ray and Corona.
• Proven ability to model with precision and speed, especially in parametric and patterned designs.
• Demonstrated experience in architectural/interior visualization.
• Proficiency in Photoshop for post-production and a good understanding of lighting and photographic composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Degree in Architectural Visualization, 3D Design, or a related discipline.

Bonus Points

• Experience with D5 Render, Lumion, Vantage, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
• Animation and real-time visualization capabilities.
