3D Visualizer - architectural

Role Purpose

The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality still images, animations, and walkthroughs for architectural, interior, and commercial projects. The role requires strong technical skills, visual storytelling ability, and proficiency in real-time and offline rendering tools, along with emerging AI-based 3D workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D still renders and animations for architectural and interior projects
• Develop walkthroughs and flythrough videos with cinematic camera movement and storytelling
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings and reference materials to build accurate 3D models
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environments
• Perform camera tracking and compositing for integrating 3D elements into live-action footage
• Optimize scenes for real-time rendering and presentations
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and marketing teams
• Maintain consistency with client briefs, brand guidelines, and quality standards
• Stay updated with AI tools and new technologies related to 3D visualization

Technical Skills

• 3D & Modeling: 3ds Max (Advanced), Maya (Intermediate–Advanced), Blender (Intermediate–Advanced)
• Rendering: V-Ray (Advanced), D5 Render, Chaos Vantage
• Animation & Post-production: Walkthroughs, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
• Drafting: AutoCAD – Reading plans, sections, elevations
• AI Tools: AI image enhancement, texturing, lighting, and workflow automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in architectural, interior, real estate, or commercial visualization
• Experience with real-time rendering pipelines
• Knowledge of cinematic animation techniques
• Basic understanding of Unreal Engine (optional advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
