3D Visualizer - Commercial Design (Workplace)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer specialized in commercial workplace design to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating high-quality 3D visualizations and a keen eye for detail to bring workplace designs to life. This role requires collaboration with architects, designers, and project managers to deliver exceptional visual representations that align with our client's vision and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for commercial workplace projects.  Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts to create realistic 3D models.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure visualizations meet project timelines and specifications.
• Enhance visual presentations with advanced rendering techniques, including lighting, textures, and materials.
• Participate in design reviews and provide creative input to enhance the overall design.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization and commercial design.
• Ensure all visualizations are aligned with the client's brand and design standards.
• Provide post-production support, including revisions and adjustments based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in 3D visualization, specifically in commercial workplace design.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar.
• Expertise in rendering software like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and material application in 3D environments.
• Excellent graphic and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and convert them into realistic 3D models.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in 3D visualization and commercial design projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹472,616.26 - ₹895,921.41 per year
