About Us

Spirit Events is a Qatar-based event management and creative production company specializing in large-scale corporate events, brand launches, exhibitions, and festivals. We are looking for a skilled and imaginative 3D Designer / Visualizer to join our creative team and help bring innovative event concepts to life.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop 3D event designs, layouts, and stage concepts for client presentations and internal projects.
• Create high-quality renderings, visuals, and walkthroughs for pitches and proposals.
• Work closely with the creative, production, and project management teams to align visuals with event requirements.
• Prepare accurate technical drawings, stage layouts, and booth plans when required.
• Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and event production techniques.

Skills & Software Proficiency

• 3DS Max / SketchUp
• Lumion / AutoCAD 2D
• Photoshop / Illustrator
• Basic video editing and walkthrough rendering skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in event design or 3D visualization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and realistic event setups.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
