We are hiring for 3D Visualizer for Dubai Location.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with strong experience in F&B and retail design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing designs, developing 2D/3D drawings, producing high-quality renders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent.

Required Skills & Qualifications1. Experience

• Mandatory experience working on F&B and retail interior projects.
• Strong understanding of material selection, spatial planning, operational workflows, and brand-driven design.

2. Technical Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D drawings.
• Highly skilled in SketchUp for 3D modeling.
• Experience using D5, Lumion, or similar high-quality rendering tools.
• Ability to produce impactful presentations, mood boards, and design documentation.

3. Other Requirements

• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License and have access to a personal car.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong design sensibilities and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities1. Design & Concept Development

• Develop space plans, design concepts, and presentation boards for approvals (internal teams, mall management, and brand partners).
• Ensure all concepts align with brand guidelines, functionality, and F&B operational flow.
• Prepare kitchen equipment layouts for restaurant projects.

2. 3D Modeling, Rendering & Technical Drawings

• Create detailed 3D models in SketchUp.
• Produce high-quality photo-realistic renders using D5, Lumion, or equivalent software.
• Prepare precise 2D technical drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and millwork/shop drawings.
• Maintain organized drawing files and ensure adherence to drafting standards.

3. Site Visits & Assessments

• Conduct site visits to review existing conditions and capture measurements.
• Identify site constraints and prepare feasibility assessments.
• Monitor ongoing progress and highlight design-related issues with recommended solutions.

4. Project Coordination

• Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings, revisions, and project deliverables.
• Review material samples, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with design intent.
