Job Description – 3D Visualizer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D exterior and interior renders, walkthroughs, and animations for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Should be well versed with 3DS Max software and rendering, V-ray rendering, Lumion rendering and any other latest HD rendering.

• Work closely with architects, designers, and the marketing team to create realistic visualizations that align with the company’s design intent and branding.

• Translate architectural drawings, plans, and sketches into 3D models and photo-realistic imagery.

• Prepare virtual tours, flythroughs, and presentation materials for clients, investors, and marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creatives for brochures, websites, and promotional content.

• Ensure timely delivery of all visual outputs while maintaining design accuracy and aesthetics.

• Stay updated on industry trends, visualization techniques, and rendering software. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in real estate, architecture, or design industry.

• Strong proficiency in software such as: o 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp o AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign o Lumion/Unreal Engine/Blender (added advantage)

• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and rendering techniques.

• Creative mindset with an eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
