Job Description
- Create high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs for Fashion TV hospitality projects .
- Convert design concepts into realistic visuals aligned with brand aesthetics .
- Ensure precision in lighting, materials, and textures .
- Collaborate with designers and stay updated on latest 3D tools and trends .
Key Responsibility Areas
- Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for Fashion TV’s hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, and restaurants .
- Translate interior design concepts, sketches, and mood boards into realistic visual representations aligned with brand aesthetics .
- Collaborate closely with interior designers and architects to refine design intent and spatial detailing .
- Ensure accuracy in lighting, textures, materials, and finishes to reflect luxury design standards .
- Stay updated with the latest 3D visualization tools, rendering techniques, and design trends to produce visually stunning and innovative presentations for client approvals .
Qualifications
