3D Visualizer with AutoCAD

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer with AutoCAD expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in architectural visualization, CAD drafting, and rendering, with strong command over SketchUp and Lumion.

Responsibilities

Prepare architectural design drawings, construction documentation, and presentations.

Develop detailed 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to effectively communicate design intent.

Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and clients throughout different project phases.

Assist with site visits, project inspections, and design coordination when required.

Produce accurate drafting and technical documentation using AutoCAD.

Support the design team with creative concepts, layouts, and presentation materials.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in an architectural design firm.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and construction documentation.

Expertise in 3D software such as:

SketchUp

Revit

3ds Max

Rhino

Lumion

Rendering experience in:

V-Ray

Enscape

Twinmotion

will be considered a plus.

Strong design sense with excellent attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred

Portfolio showcasing architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and rendering work.

Knowledge of interior and exterior architectural visualization.

PKR 70,000 – 100,000 per month

(Based on skills, experience, and portfolio quality)
