Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable 3DCP Support Technician to join our team on the second shift. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient, clean, and safe job sites and our warehouse operations as we revolutionize residential construction using 3D Concrete Printing (3DCP) technology. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is committed to quality work and supporting our printing operations. Shift will likely be 3 or 4 pm till midnight.
The 3DCP Support Technician will work the second shift, primarily focusing on tasks essential for preparing the site for the next day's print and ensuring the longevity and quality of newly printed structures.

Job Site Clean-up: Perform thorough cleaning and organization of the job site, including clearing debris, staging materials, and ensuring equipment is stored safely.

Wall Maintenance (Keeping the Print Wet): Execute procedures to maintain the moisture level of freshly printed walls, essential for proper curing and structural integrity.

Wall Finishes: Assist with the application of preliminary or basic wall finishes as directed by the site supervisor.

Ladder Tie Installation: Install ladder ties into the printed walls according to construction specifications and safety standards.

Tool and Equipment Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and maintain all 3DCP tools, mixers, pumps, hoses, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
When not actively supporting an on-site print, the technician will be responsible for warehouse and equipment maintenance.

Screen Sand: Operate equipment to screen and prepare sand or other aggregates for the concrete mix.

Warehouse Organization & Cleaning: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing inventory.

Tool and Equipment Cleaning: Between prints deep clean and maintain all 3DCP tools, mixers, pumps, hoses, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a construction, warehouse, or industrial setting.

Ability to work the designated second shift schedule.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Physically able to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment such as 100-lbs bags of cement.

Ability to work in potentially dusty and noisy environments.

Experience with concrete or masonry work is a plus.

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.

Experience in 3DCP or related innovative construction technologies.
