Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on, and experienced Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to oversee and lead daily operations at our warehouse facility. This role is responsible for managing the warehouse team, optimizing operational workflows, ensuring inventory integrity, and driving key performance metrics while maintaining a safe and high-performing working environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Daily Operations Management
Oversee all inbound and outbound activities, including container unloading, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, kitting, and shipping. Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time.
● Team Leadership & Development
Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff and leads. Responsible for labor scheduling, productivity tracking, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
● Inventory Control
Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through robust cycle counting programs, regular audits, and discrepancy investigations. Maximize warehouse space utilization.
● Process Improvement
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvements to increase throughput, reduce errors, and control operational costs.
● System & Data Management
Proficiently utilize and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Ensure accurate, real-time data entry and systematic tracking of all inventory movements.
● Safety & Compliance
Enforce compliance with OSHA safety standards, local regulations, and company safety policies. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
● Client & Internal Coordination
Coordinate with internal customer service, transportation teams, and clients to troubleshoot operational issues, resolve customer complaints quickly, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
Qualifications
● Experience
3+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in a 3PL, cross-border e-commerce, or multi-client environment.
● Technical Skills
Deep experience with WMS platforms, inventory control systems, and MS Office (especially Excel). Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon FBA/FBM, Wayfair, TikTok Shop) is highly valued.
● Leadership
Proven leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
● Problem-Solving
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Language
Bilingual in English and Mandarin required to ensure effective communication with global clients, upper management, and local teams.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
● Certification or practical experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
● Experience handling high-volume B2C (parcel shipping) and B2B (palletized freight) operations simultaneously.
