3PL Warehouse Supervisior

Wiseway Logistics (ASX: WWG) is a fast-growing international freight forwarding and integrated logistics provider operating across eleven cities in five countries. As our U.S. business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on 3PL Warehouse Supervisor in Los Angeles to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Station Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, pick & pack fulfillment, and return QC

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, pick & pack, staging, and dispatch

• Ensure inbound goods checking is completed accurately against ASN, PO, and packing lists

• Monitor order fulfillment to meet customer SLAs and on-time dispatch targets

• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock controls

• Coordinate dock scheduling and warehouse space utilization

• Manage return QC, including inspection and system check-in of customer returns

• Determine proper disposition of returned goods (re-stock, quarantine, or disposal) per client instructions

• Coordinate with customer service and clients regarding return status, damages, or discrepancies

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and accuracy

Team Leadership & Complaince

• Supervise, train, and coach warehouse associates and team leads

• Plan daily labor allocation based on inbound and outbound volume

• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and KPI performance

• Generate and review operational reports including productivity, error rates, and inventory variance

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner

• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management

• Foster a safety-first and continuous improvement culture

• Provide regular operational updates to the Station Manager

• Ensure SOP compliance and support process improvement initiatives

• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards

• Ensure proper materials handling and equipment usage

• Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse conditions

• Support internal, customer, and compliance audits as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of 3PL warehouse operations experience

• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role

• Strong hands-on experience with pick & pack fulfillment environments

• Solid knowledge of inbound receiving and inventory control processes

• Experience managing returns/RMA and reverse logistics

• Experience with Mintsoft WMS (preferred) or similar warehouse management systems

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment

• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)

• Bachelor’s degree obtained in USA preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
