We are seeking an experienced 3RD PARTY LOGISTIC PROFESSIONAL to join our company in Sales, growth and operations /dispatch. As a 3RD PARTY LOGISTIC PROFESSIONAL, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business working together with existing employees in a fast-paced environment, Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability- Oversee all aspects of the operation inclusive of RATE QUOTING CUSTOMER AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS, WORKING WITH VARIOUS CARRIERS, TRAILER LOAD, LTL, FLATBED, INTERMODAL, EXPEDITED AS WELL AS FINAL MILE-- Provide guidance and Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency-Manage Shipments from conception to completion Qualifications:- Excellent COMPUTER and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with fellow Employees, Customers, Carriers and various vendors- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others--Benefits:- Competitive salary commensurate with experience- Comprehensive benefits package including WEEKLY PROFIT SHARING AS WELL AS MONTHLY BONUS !!!!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
