Hourly pay begins at $19.00 per hour.

The Production Associate participates in the manufacturing and assembly of automotive interior components for Yanfeng customers according to company standards and best practices

• 3rd shift hours are typically Sun - Fri 11:00 pm-7:00 am
• The exact start and end time may vary depending on line schedules.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness and ability to work on any assigned schedule, work more than 8 hours per day and/or work overtime, while maintaining good attendance.
• Ability and willingness to learn and follow safety rules and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work safely by following all rules, processes and procedures established by the plant management team
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for assigned work area
• Reports to work on time and ready at start of shift to receive work assignment and apply all required PPE
• Produce quality parts by inspecting your work and surrounding areas to ensure only quality products are being passed to the next station
• Report any quality defects to your team leader or supervisor
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area using 5S standards
• Move or transfer components and parts to workstations from racks, boxes, carousels, etc
• Join parts using screws, rivets, clips, welders, etc
• Secure fasteners with manual, hydraulic, and electric tools
• Work overtime when needed
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.42 per hour
