Duties

• Prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks and beverages with precision and flair.
• Decorate donuts with creative designs, ensuring visual appeal and quality standards are met.
• Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or takeout orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold food safety standards.
• Assist customers at the counter with friendly service, answering questions and processing transactions.
• Support food production tasks such as baking, pastry preparation, and ingredient handling.
• Follow all food safety protocols and proper knife skills during food prep and decorating tasks.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food industry standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Experience with food preparation, catering, or restaurant environments is a plus.
• Basic culinary skills including knife handling, food safety certification preferred.
