3rd Shift Cashier

Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Process payments, including cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of store products to assist with upselling and product demos.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless shopping experience.
• Adhere to all company policies regarding cash handling and security.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Experience in conducting product demos is advantageous.
