3rd Shift Fiberglass Quality Control Inspector

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fiberglass Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. Your keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and commitment to quality assurance will help us deliver superior products that meet our customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment focused on precision and excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Ensure that the product is built according to industry and customer standards.
• Visually inspect product and use prints, photos and other documentation to ensure quality.
• Work with Final Finish and Lamination departments to correct product defects.
• Maintain Inspection logs
• Assist production and shipping with meeting customer schedules.
• Work with Quality Manger to correct any defects before product gets to the customer.
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Work cooperatively with production team to meet quotas and goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Able to work overtime, including weekends if mandated.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
