SUMMARY
Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, equipment, and kitchen surfaces. Responsible for putting away dishes, pots, and pans in an organized and sanitary manner.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists the kitchen crew to maintain the highest quality and production of the operation.
- Cleans and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, and other dishware used in Banquets and the restaurant according to sanitation and cleaning procedures.

Places clean dinnerware, glassware, silverware and pot/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures

Completes assigned prep work duties as directed.

Communicates continually with all banquet and restaurant staff.

Keeps kitchen clean by sweeping and mopping floors.

Always keep sanitation solution up to code standards
- Removes all rash and rubbish from kitchen and stairway.

Performs all duties in a timely and effective manner.

Maintains a teamwork attitude.

Periodic cleaning projects

Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Prior dishwashing experience helpful but not necessary.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGULATIONS

Required to watch Customer Service video annually.

Required to watch Sexual Harassment video every two (2) years.

This individual will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and as a condition of employment will be subject to random drug testing.
