Job Description

The 401(k) Compliance Consultant performs annual nondiscrimination testing and Form 5500 reporting for our client's defined contribution plan.

Core Job Duties

  • Calculate benefits
  • Research corrective action when errors occur
  • Perform ADP/ACP Test, top-heavy, 410(b) Coverage, and 404(a) testing
  • Prepare Form 5500SF8955SSA
  • Draft Plan Amendments

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree or 3yrs experience in retirement industry
  • QKA designation preferred
