Your Background

You’ve been around the retirement plan industry enough to understand how the business works. Ideally, you have experience in:

  • 401(k)/403(b) sales
  • Talking confidently with CFOs, HR leaders, and business owners
  • Understanding fee structures, fund menus, benchmarks, and basic fiduciary concepts

Licensing: You already hold (or are willing to obtain) your Series 65 or Series 7. We will support you in passing it if needed.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Prospecting

  • Run and oversee our cold-call sales desk
  • Hold in person & virtual prospect meetings
  • Follow up with prospects, and support the sales cycle
  • Travel to prospect and COI meetings

COI & Client Development

  • Build relationships with CPAs, benefits brokers, attorneys, PE firms, and other COIs
  • Coordinate COI lunches, events, and networking opportunities

Marketing & Events

  • Assist with webinars, workshops, and on-site events
  • Help coordinate logistics, communication, and follow-up
  • Support outreach campaigns and content initiatives

Requirements

  • Full-time, in-person (Simi Valley, CA)
  • Some travel for COI events and prospect meetings
  • Series 65 or 7 (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
