46-26 Equipment Operator I (Waste Management): SIGNING BONUS FOR CURRENT OKLAHOMA CDL DRIVERS ($1,000 at first pay period and $1,000 after a successful completion of 6-month introductory period!) Collect and load into collection vehicle all garbage and recycling along a designated collection route daily. The position will also operate and maintain refuse collection vehicles and equipment as necessary for commercial and residential areas.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; Class B CDL preferred. Must obtain Class B CDL with air brake endorsement within six months of hire.

Starting Rate: $16.00 per hour/ $16.95 per hour with Class B CDL air brake endorsement DOQ, plus comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, annual leave, sick leave, holidays, and personal days.
