4K Lead Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic 4K Lead Teacher to inspire young learners in our early childhood education program. As a key leader in the classroom, you will create a nurturing environment that promotes curiosity, development, and a love for learning. Your role will involve designing engaging curriculum, managing classroom activities, and collaborating with families and staff to support each child's growth. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive 4K curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods to support holistic childhood development.
• Lead classroom activities focused on early intervention strategies, behavior management, and child welfare to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
• Manage daily classroom operations including lesson planning, classroom management, and maintaining an organized learning space conducive to toddler care and preschool experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design individualized learning plans tailored to children’s developmental needs and special education requirements.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to early childhood education or daycare services.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or aides, providing guidance on best practices in childhood development and classroom management.
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor student progress and inform instructional strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings, including preschool or daycare environments.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
• Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and literacy education methods.
• Experience with Montessori principles, teaching physical education, tutoring, and implementing standardized testing is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families, staff, and community partners.
• Demonstrated ability to plan engaging lessons that promote childhood development across cognitive, social-emotional, and physical domains.
