Who We're Looking For

A Certified Teacher who brings energy, creativity, and strong content knowledge into the classroom. This educator thrives in a collaborative setting and is committed to fostering literacy skills and a love for reading and writing in upper elementary students.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Valid Florida Elementary Education K-6 Certification
• 3+ years of teaching experience (preferred)
• Strong background in math/science instruction and classroom management
• Passion for developing critical thinkers and lifelong readers
• Highly dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction aligned with the Florida B.E.S.T. Standards
• Create a classroom environment that supports rigorous learning
• Use data to differentiate instruction and monitor student progress
• Integrate strategies that support comprehension and fluency
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, instructional coaches, and support staff
• Communicate regularly with families about academic growth and classroom updates
• Participate in school-wide events, planning sessions, and ongoing professional learning

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• In-person instruction required

Requirements Summary

• Education: Bachelor’s in Elementary Education or Math-related field
• Experience: 3 years preferred
• Certification: Florida Elementary Education K-6

Time Spent on Physical Activities:

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, operate a computer, hand-held learning devices and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
