Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled 4th year or journeyman plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of plumbing tasks on commercial and residential construction sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help bring complex plumbing systems to life, from rough-ins to final connections, contributing to successful project completion. Responsibilities

• Experience in remodel, new construction. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation of plumbing systems
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools to complete plumbing tasks efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support construction activities
• Collaborate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and carpenters to coordinate work seamlessly
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing work for quality assurance and compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Assist in remodeling, maintenance, and troubleshooting of existing plumbing systems as needed

Skills

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing infrastructure
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting techniques
• Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for site transportation needs
• Handyman experience or background in remodeling and maintenance projects is advantageous

Pay: $25.45 - $40.00 per hour
