5 to 10 years exp Senior Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect all structural works to ensure compliance with contract, drawings, and authority standards (DM, Trakhees, RTA).
• Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, Design Calculation.
• Monitor contractor’s quality control: reinforcement, concrete works, curing, and testing.
• Issue site observations/NCRs and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Architectural/MEP teams and attend progress meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering (SOE membership preferred).
• 5–10 years UAE/GCC supervision experience (high-rise/mixed-use preferred).
• Familiar with ACI, BS, Eurocodes, and local authority regulations.
• Strong reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
