Role Description:


The Summer Intern, Compensation will support the administration of compliance-related programs, including but not limited to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Workers’ Compensation. This role will assist with compliance processes, documentation, and clerical tasks while gaining exposure to regulatory requirements and employment compliance practices within an organizational setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


As a summer Intern, we will provide you with:

  • A real-world experience on exciting projects

  • Connections with recent college graduates and our company leaders

  • Performance of assignments under the direct supervision of a department lead

  • Performance of other work-related duties as needed

Your essential functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the review and updating of job descriptions as part of an organization-wide job description project.

  • Ensure alignment with the organizational structure and job architecture by confirming that job titles, levels, and reporting relationships are consistent with the organization’s job framework and career ladder.

  • Validate job description content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards.

  • Review essential functions, qualifications, physical requirements, certifications, and required licenses to ensure they are clearly stated, legally compliant, and reflective of actual job expectations.

  • Provide administrative and documentation support related to compensation and classification projects.
