50/50 Clinical Assistant & Front Office Coordinator

Are you looking to build a long-term career at a high-end practice that values training, dedication, and professional growth? Sapphire Dental Studio is growing, and we are looking for a motivated, "can-do" professional to join our team in a true hybrid role.

This position is a strict 50/50 split: you will spend half your time as a front-office administrator and half your time as a clinical back-office assistant. This is the perfect launchpad for someone who wants to master both sides of a dental practice, with the clear opportunity to eventually transition into a permanent, full-time role dedicated entirely to either the front office or the clinical side as our practice expands.

The "Right Fit" (What We Are Looking For)

We care much more about your attitude, work ethic, and drive than your years of experience. We are looking for:

  • A Natural Professional: You have exceptional communication skills, a warm demeanor, and you naturally speak to patients with the utmost polish and respect.
  • Naturally Tidy & Detail-Obsessed: You take pride in your environment. You are organized, neat, and appreciate keeping both clinical treatment rooms and front-desk reception spaces pristine.
  • A Hard Worker: You possess a strong work ethic. "That’s not my job" isn’t in your vocabulary—you are eager to jump in wherever the team needs you most.
  • The Ultimate Multi-Tasker: You can smoothly transition from managing front-office administrative tasks to helping a doctor chairside.

Your Responsibilities & Training

Front-Office Administration (50% of your time):

  • Master patient communication, check-ins, phone etiquette, and scheduling.
  • Utilize dental software to manage patient records and provide a luxury front-of-house experience.

Clinical Back-Office Assisting (50% of your time):

  • Receive hands-on training to confidently assist our doctors chairside during procedures.
  • Learn to navigate modern digital scanning equipment.
  • Maintain strict cleanliness protocols, flip treatment rooms efficiently, and keep sterilization running seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Dental Assistant Certification: Recent graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Top-Tier Communication: Incredible phone etiquette and a professional, welcoming presence.
  • Reliability & Ambition: We want a reliable, long-term partner who is looking for a career "home" and wants to grow with us.

Why Join Sapphire Dental Studio?

  • Future Full-Time Specialization: This role is designed to evolve. As the practice grows, you will have the inside track to transition into a dedicated, full-time role in either the front office or the clinical back office, depending on your strengths and interests.
  • Mentorship: Work directly with top-tier clinicians and administrators who are genuinely invested in your professional development.
  • High-End Environment: A professional, supportive, and family-oriented atmosphere with a culture focused on excellence.
  • Competitive Pay: We reward hard work, loyalty, and dedication.
