Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months of experience in Dubai real estate or property sales. This is a commission-only role, offering up to 70% commission, perfect for agents who want freedom, flexibility, and high-earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert company-provided leads
• Generate own leads through calls, networking, and online platforms
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate and close sales/rental deals
• Promote off-plan and ready properties across Dubai
• Maintain follow-up reports
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new launches

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Minimum 6 months experience in Dubai real estate
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic or other languages is a bonus)
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Driving license is an advantage
