People Intern

We are looking for a passionate HR Intern to join our HR team at Qureos.
If you have a passion to kickstart your career in Human Resources and build real-world experience with recruiting, payroll, employee development, and the coordination of HR policies and procedures, then this role is for you!

Here is what your typical day as a people intern at Qureos look like:

• Start the day with some freshly brewed coffee and some warm greetings from Qureos Champions (yes, everyone is a champ here)
• Help HR lead develop Recruitment SOP.
• Create all documentation for HR operations.
• Build performance assessment criteria with HR lead.
• Help manage day to day people-ops.

Candidate Requirements:

• Currently Enrolled in a 4 year degree/program.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Results driven.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Duration: 4 Months
