Job Description

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, conducting market research, and driving sales growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong ability to build relationships with potential clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to convert them into successful deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and service delivery.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in outdoor sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must possess a valid driving license.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
