The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in branding, project launches, market research, digital campaigns, and stakeholder engagement within the real estate or property sector.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>&nbsp;</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for property developments from pre-launch through post-handover stages.</li><li>Oversee branding and positioning of new developments in coordination with consultants, architects, and internal teams.</li><li>Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor media, and event activations—ensuring alignment with sales objectives.</li><li>Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer profiling to guide project pricing and targeting strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts generate high-quality leads and conversions.</li><li>Manage development of all marketing collateral: brochures, floor plans, 3D renders, and project videos.</li><li>Coordinate sales center designs, mock-up units, and on-site marketing experiences.</li><li>Oversee digital presence (website, social media, SEO/SEM, CRM integration).</li><li>Manage relationships with agencies, media, branding consultants, and PR firms.</li><li>Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI; adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Plan and execute events: project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, investor presentations.</li><li>Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulations and align with brand guidelines.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong><br>&nbsp;</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).</li><li>10 years of marketing experience, including 5 years in real estate or property development.</li><li>Proven success launching residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.</li><li>Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, CRM platforms, and digital channels.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Creative with attention to visual identity and brand standards.</li><li>Familiar with real estate trends, customer expectations, and project life cycles.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong><br>&nbsp;</h3><ul><li>GCC or MENA property market experience</li><li>Exposure to luxury or high-rise developments</li><li>Coordination with master developers and authorities (e.g., RERA, DLD)</li></ul>
