Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development to support our growth, generate new business opportunities, and manage client relationships for project-based services

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new clients and revenue opportunities

Conduct outreach, meetings, and negotiations

Support closing deals for projects and business services

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Track sales pipeline and update CRM with accurate reports

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

2–5 years experience in Business Development / B2B Sales

Strong communication and deal-closing skills

Ability to work with sales targets and conversion KPIs

Experience in events, media, or creative services is a plus

Based in Riyadh – Full-time / On-site
