Our Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts within the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we secure skilled professionals who align with our company's values and high standards. This is a crucial role based in our Riyadh office, dedicated to building the teams that drive our success in the F&B and Hospitality industries.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B and Hospitality sectors.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and define clear job requirements.
* Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry contacts, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
* Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in talent acquisition.
* Track, analyse, and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar senior recruitment role.
* Demonstrable experience and a strong track record of recruiting specifically within the Food & Beverage (F&B) and/or Hospitality industry is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience recruiting within the Saudi Arabian or wider GCC market would be a significant advantage.
