We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Engineer to support operations and maintenance activities for a large-scale road structures project. The ideal candidate will oversee MEP systems, ensure safety compliance, and maintain uninterrupted functionality of critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operation and maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) for road structures .
- Monitor performance of power distribution systems, lighting, ventilation, drainage, and fire & life safety systems.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
- Supervise contractors and maintenance teams on-site.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and asset records.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
- Support emergency response and incident management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FM, infrastructure, or road structures projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and infrastructure maintenance.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Added Advantage
- LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) Certification – Knowledge of energy isolation procedures and safe maintenance practices will be highly preferred.
