🚨 We’re Hiring: Team Leader – Soft Services (Facility Management)

📌Location: Muscat, Oman (Local and Overseas candidates are welcome to apply)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee Soft Services operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily soft service operations (housekeeping, waste management, janitorial services)
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Conduct inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to meet service expectations.

🔹 Requirements:
• Proven experience in Facility Management or Soft Services
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of HSE standards and cleaning best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
