Medication Technician – YourLife of Coconut Creek Assisted Living

Location: Coconut Creek, FL
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts Available

YourLife of Coconut Creek Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Technician/ CNA to join our care team! If you have a passion for helping others and ensuring the highest quality of care for seniors, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and community policies
• Maintain detailed documentation of medication administration and resident status
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed, promoting dignity and independence
• Communicate effectively with nurses, caregivers, and families regarding resident needs or changes
• Support a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• Current Florida Medication Technician or Med Tech certification (required)
• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate attitude and commitment to exceptional resident care
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
