About the Role
Our hosts set the tone the moment guests walk in! We’re looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and naturally upbeat — someone who likes staying busy, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a genuinely fun, supportive team! This role is ideal for someone who prefers hosting and isn’t looking to cross-train into serving. (Not a deal breaker, but we have the most hours for a host right now)

Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional approach.
• Manage reservations, wait lists, and seating flow.
• Communicate accurate wait times.
• Keep the entryway and host stand clean and organized.

Team Support

• Package and hand off to-go and DoorDash orders.
• Run food when needed.
• Bus and reset tables quickly and consistently.
• Refill water and help with basic guest needs.
• Pitch in where needed to keep service moving smoothly.

Operations

• Monitor the dining room and rotate seating fairly.
• Communicate guest notes and timing updates to servers and managers.
• Stay productive during slower periods by cleaning, stocking, or organizing.

Compensation

• Hourly wage + tip share from servers.

Schedule

• Nights and weekends required.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
