7.5 tonne delivery driver

We are looking for a dependable, friendly and hard-working 7.5 tonne multi-drop delivery driver to join our team at Castle Donington. This is a hands-on role with early starts, early finishes, weekday working and the support of a well-established depot team.

What you will be doing

• Completing multi-drop deliveries to schools, restaurants, pubs and other foodservice customers.
• Checking your vehicle each day and reporting any defects promptly.
• Loading, securing and unloading stock safely using the right equipment and safe working methods.
• Making sure deliveries are accurate and keeping paperwork or handheld records up to date.
• Providing a friendly, professional service at every customer stop.
• Following all driver hours, tachograph, road safety, food safety and company procedures.

What we are looking for

• A valid Category C1 driving licence.
• A valid Driver CPC.
• A valid digital tachograph card.
• A reliable, safety-first approach and good timekeeping.
• A positive attitude and a helpful manner with customers and colleagues.
• The ability to work in a physically active, multi-drop role.
• Previous multi-drop or foodservice delivery experience would be useful, but training and support will be provided.
