Shifts: Morning, Mid-day, and Evening shifts available.

Guaranteed Base Pay: Starting at $19.00/hr

At 85°C Blaine, we offer a high, guaranteed starting rate with no reliance on tips, providing you with financial stability and a predictable paycheck.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Provide a level of service that exceeds expectations, creating memorable connections with every guest.
• Product Presentation: Master the art of bagging delicate pastries, restocking displays with precision, and maintaining a beautiful "fresh-baked" aesthetic.
• Beverage Craft: Learn to prepare our world-famous sea salt coffees and boba drinks to exact standards.
• Universal Operations: Cross-train across all Front Of House departments, including Fresh Bread, Point of Sale (POS), and the Bar, to ensure a seamless team environment, along with certain Back Of House departments.
• Uplifting Atmosphere: Work hard, support your teammates, and have fun while delivering a "five-star" experience.
• Financial Integrity: Handle high-volume transactions with speed and accuracy, maintaining a balanced register and providing a trustworthy point of contact for our guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in fast food, retail, or as a barista is a plus, but we will train the right personality!
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm during a "rush."
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first work ethic.
• Availability: Minimum of 15 hours per week; candidates with weekend, weekday, and holiday availability will be prioritized.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive hand motions, and lift up to 50 pounds.
