Join our dedicated homecare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in a rewarding part-time or full-time role.

Seeking a qualified caregiver who can assist a MALE client in Bloomfield.

You will be assisting with ADL's, Safety Supervision, Meal Prep, Medication Reminders, Companionship. This client is an avid card player. Are you up for a game of cards? We are looking for someone who is strong and can help this client re-gain his strength through PT and OT exercises. This client will benefit from a MALE caregiver companion who also enjoys watching basketball, football and/or golf.

Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour based off experience and availability.

Shifts:

Monday-Friday 8am-11am

Saturday and Sunday 8am-11am

We are looking to hire 2 caregivers. One for the week and another for the weekend.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized senior care by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Provide companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation
• Assist with specialized care needs including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, Parkinson's, etc.
• Maintain a safe environment by following infection control protocols for infectious disease care and practicing proper hand hygiene.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a CNA, HHA, or PCA preferred
• Experience working in diverse healthcare environments including hospitals (medical-surgical units, ICU), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care settings preferred
• Prior experience with senior care, geriatrics or behavioral health is highly valued
• Ability to work effectively with patients requiring specialized attention such as dementia or memory care patients
• Strong communication skills coupled with compassion and patience for working with individuals of all ages and abilities
• Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
