8hr shifts or 12hr Weekends shift for 30 Bed Assisted Living Facility

As a company we want to get rid of the toxic corporate culture where staff aren't communicating well, leadership doesn't care, and you feel trapped in your job.

You will be the two on shift with a maximum of 30 residents. It is very important that you get along well with the manager of the house and communicate well with your co-workers. As leadership we spent a lot of time getting a great manager, now we need team members to take care of the residents.

NO JOB HOPPERS - (SEVERAL JOBS BACK TO BACK WITH 3 MONTHS OR LESS TIME)

NO EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

18 years of age or older

Local to the community

Responsibilities:

- You will be working in a team environment.

- Communicate and problem solve issues with team members and manager.

You will be working in a team environment.

- Pass medications to residents.

- Supervise/assist with showers

- Ensure safety and health of residents.

We are looking for people who have a heart and have a lovingness towards the elderly. We want someone who is going to go above and beyond to take care residents because they see their own grandma or grandpa in our community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
